FLUX Berjaya is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning experiences, and for supporting the overall operation of our educational programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and delivery of lessons, including the use of teaching aids and technology.,Provide individual and group instruction to students, and monitor their progress and understanding.,Assist in the assessment and evaluation of students' learning outcomes, and provide feedback to students and teachers.,Support the overall operation of the educational program, including the management of student records and attendance.,Assist in the organization and implementation of educational events and activities.,Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning experiences.,Assist in the development and implementation of educational materials and resources.,Provide support to students with special needs or disabilities, as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in education, or a related field, is preferred but not required.,At least 1 year of experience in a teaching or educational support role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.,A passion for education and a commitment to the development of students' academic and personal skills.,The ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.,Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.,A valid teaching certificate or equivalent is a plus.
