📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and implement advanced farm machinery and automation systems
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to identify optimal solutions for local farmers
• Collaborate with farmers, agronomists, and industry partners to understand and address their specific needs and challenges
• Optimize existing farm machinery and automation systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and sustainability
• Provide technical support and training to farmers and farm workers on the use and maintenance of farm machinery and automation systems
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of farm machinery and automation systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in farm mechanization and automation technologies, and incorporate new innovations into our solutions
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for farm mechanization and automation in the region

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in farm mechanization, automation, or a related field
• Strong understanding of agricultural practices, machinery, and automation technologies
• Proficiency in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks, for designing farm machinery
• Experience with farm automation systems, including PLCs, sensors, and control systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with farmers, agronomists, and industry partners
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards for farm machinery and automation systems in Indonesia
