📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the fleet of vehicles ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Oversee the check-in and check-out processes for guests, ensuring a seamless experience.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicles and guest areas.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure all operations run efficiently.,Handle and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of all operations and guest interactions.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and local regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or transportation industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management and guest operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficient in using basic office software and tools.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
