📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, negotiating, and placing orders.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure that all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchases.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and make recommendations for improvements.,Prepare and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Assist in the preparation of purchase requisitions and purchase orders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
