📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential customers in the assigned area.,Present and demonstrate our range of products to potential buyers.,Negotiate and close sales deals with potential customers.,Maintain and update customer records and sales data.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the sales network.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Familiarity with the local real estate market and trends.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
