In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.,Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and completeness.,Coordinate with internal and external auditors as required.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
