📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes for our guests.,Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.,Manage a team of kitchen staff, including cooks and dishwashers.,Keep accurate records of food inventory and usage.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order.,Participate in regular training and development opportunities to improve your skills.,Assist in the development and implementation of new menu items.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and take direction from the Head Chef.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
