📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook Chinese cuisine according to established recipes and standards.,Maintain food safety and quality standards at all times.,Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and development.,Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality and service.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Participate in health and safety inspections and maintain compliance.,Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.,Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven experience in preparing and cooking Chinese cuisine.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
