📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and manage subsidized mortgage (KPR) applications from start to finish,Conduct thorough documentation and verification of customer data,Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate loan approvals,Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries and concerns,Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure operational efficiency,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mortgage administration,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage administration or related roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian mortgage regulations and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Familiarity with banking and financial systems is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluent in Indonesian and English
