📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Support the Area Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Assist in managing and coordinating with team members to meet project deadlines and goals.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Area Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans.
  • Support the Area Manager in managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of team members.
  • Support the Area Manager in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
