📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and leading a team of employees.,Support the Team Leader in setting team goals and objectives.,Coordinate team activities and ensure smooth workflow.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback.,Assist in training and developing team members.,Handle team communications and ensure effective collaboration.,Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.,Assist in resolving team conflicts and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in any field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Experience in a similar role in a digital or tech company is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
