📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and deliver BC+ projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with JALA Aquaculture's sustainability goals.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, using tools like MS Project and Trello.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular project reviews and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project goals are met.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in aquaculture and project management.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their project management skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on sustainable aquaculture projects.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
