📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve branch goals.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of products.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the coffee industry or related field.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of coffee production and quality standards is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.
