📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze warehouse operational costs to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain cost control systems and processes.
• Prepare and present cost reports to management, highlighting cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate budget tracking and forecasting.
• Work with the procurement team to negotiate and secure cost-effective supplier agreements.
• Implement cost-saving measures and track their effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff on cost control best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Excel, Power BI, or similar data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce logistics and warehouse operations is a plus.
