MERIDIAN Group is looking for a dedicated Deputy Store Operator to join our team in Ambon. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure accurate inventory counts and manage stock levels.,Assist in the training and development of store staff.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Monitor sales performance and report to the Store Manager.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of merchandise.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely restocking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or store operation role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
