📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Greet guests upon arrival and check them in or out.

Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel facilities and services.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Manage front desk operations, including reservations and check-ins.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Friendly and professional demeanor.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
