📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records,Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues,Coordinate employee training and development programs,Assist in the administration of benefits and compensation,Support the HR team in the implementation of company policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or administrative roles,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Familiarity with healthcare industry is a plus
