Hokian Fajar Shop is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Organize and facilitate training and development programs,Assist in the development of the company's HR strategy,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Familiarity with HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management
