📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Analyze and interpret logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor a team of logistics staff to ensure high performance and productivity.,Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong understanding of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving operational excellence and cost savings.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
