📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Manage store budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve company-wide objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or team.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
