📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product expansion and improvement.,Train and mentor sales teams to enhance their performance and skills.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and market positioning.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the plastic industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with the retail sector and understanding of customer needs.
