Cafe Wati Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the growth of our dental clinic.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff members.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure training programs align with the clinic's goals.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to staff members to help them succeed in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in dental training.
  • Report on training program outcomes and impact to management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
