📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Promote products and services to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in merchandising and display activities to create an attractive and inviting store environment.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in promotions and special events.,Train and mentor new team members to ensure high standards of service and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
