As a Senior MES Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to enhance our production processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, implement, and maintain Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to optimize production processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MES with other systems.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.,Provide technical support and training to production staff on MES usage and best practices.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in MES technology and recommend improvements.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing systems.,Conduct regular audits and inspections of MES to ensure optimal performance and reliability.,Develop and maintain documentation for MES systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in MES implementation and maintenance.,Proven track record of successfully implementing MES in manufacturing environments.,Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.,Proficiency in MES software and related technologies.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

🛠️ Keahlian

MES software proficiency (e.g.SAP MIIRockwell Automation MESor similar).Experience with PLC programming and SCADA systems.Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g.ISOIECetc.).Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.Strong project management skills.
