As an HR Payroll Specialist, you'll handle end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and Chinese labor laws. You'll work closely with our finance team to manage employee benefits and compensation packages, while also supporting our Mandarin-speaking employees with payroll-related queries.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rp 10,000,000 - Rp 15,000,000 per month, along with benefits including health insurance, performance bonuses, and professional development opportunities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process monthly payroll for 50+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian and Chinese labor laws
• Maintain and update employee records in SAP Payroll system
• Calculate and distribute employee benefits including bonuses, allowances, and deductions
• Generate and submit payroll reports to management and tax authorities
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes for Mandarin-speaking employees
• Handle employee queries and issues related to payroll and benefits
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws and payroll regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to payroll process improvements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing or HR administration
• Fluent Mandarin language skills (both spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Payroll system
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
