📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting system issues and resolving problems promptly.
Maintain and optimize our Odoo ERP system, ensuring high performance and availability.
Implement updates and improvements to our ERP system as required.
Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of new features and functionalities.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues.
Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
Train and support end-users on the effective use of the Odoo ERP system.
Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the overall health and security of our IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT system support, preferably with Odoo ERP.
Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP, including its modules and configurations.
Proficient in using Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line tools.
Familiarity with Python programming and database management.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
