📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert advice and guidance on vehicle maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Use Autodesk AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite to manage service schedules and customer data.
• Leverage CRM software to enhance customer relationship management and improve service experiences.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure that parts and supplies are readily available.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive trends and technologies to provide the best possible service.
• Ensure all services are completed within agreed-upon timeframes and budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Autodesk AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
• Strong knowledge of 4-wheel vehicle mechanics and maintenance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
