📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with project teams to gather detailed information about project requirements, specifications, and constraints.
• Create accurate and detailed cost estimates for electrical systems using industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and specialized estimation software.
• Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents to ensure cost estimates are comprehensive and accurate.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing information and negotiate terms to optimize project costs.
• Prepare and present cost estimates to project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and clients, to ensure alignment with project goals and budget constraints.
• Monitor project progress and adjust cost estimates as needed to reflect changes in project scope, specifications, or other factors.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure cost estimates are competitive and compliant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical estimating, with a strong background in cost analysis and project management.
• Proficient in using industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and specialized estimation software.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
