You will be responsible for conducting regular inspections, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of gensets and electrical panels to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on gensets and electrical panels, using tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and thermal imaging cameras.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime and ensure the reliability of our power systems.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures to reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards for genset and electrical panel maintenance.
• Collaborate with the facilities management team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to other staff members on genset and electrical panel maintenance.
• Document all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in genset and electrical panel maintenance.
• Certification in genset and electrical panel maintenance from reputable organizations such as the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NBBI) or the International Society of Automation (ISA).
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or SolidWorks for designing and documenting maintenance procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards for genset and electrical panel maintenance.
• Ability to travel to various locations within the boarding school facilities as needed.
