📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee nursing operations in ER, ICU, HCCU, NICU, PICU, OT, and Cathlab.
- Coordinate and manage nursing staff, including scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and best practices.
- Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing coordination or a similar role in a critical care or emergency department.
- Certification as a Nurse Coordinator or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including ISO, JCI, and other relevant certifications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
