📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and company goals.,Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, purchasing, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth production operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including work orders, inventory levels, and production reports.,Conduct regular production meetings to review progress, address issues, and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the production process.,Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize inventory management and reduce lead times.,Continuously seek opportunities to improve production processes and implement best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive operational improvement.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.,Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment is a plus.,Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment, with a focus on achieving results.
