• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with leading institutions, corporations, and organizations worldwide.
• Oversee the planning and execution of NUS’s international academic programs, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.
• Leverage data analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI to track and report on the performance of partnerships and programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for collaboration and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty, students, and industry partners.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging opportunities to drive strategic growth for NUS Global.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in international partnerships and strategic alliances.
• Proven track record in managing and executing international academic programs.
• Strong understanding of data analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills an advantage.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
